電磁閥就像水龍頭一樣，不同的開(kāi)度，通過(guò)的液壓油流量不同，產(chǎn)生的壓力不同。電磁閥是靠變速器電控模塊TCU控制的，基本上空檔和在檔的壓力是恒定值，只是在換檔過(guò)程中對(duì)電磁閥的開(kāi)度進(jìn)行調(diào)整以提高換檔平順性。不同的電磁閥控制著不同的離合器或制動(dòng)器，在不同的檔位上發(fā)揮作用。每一個(gè)檔位是由一個(gè)或幾個(gè)電磁閥共同控制的效果。

常見(jiàn)故障一：電磁閥線圈短路或斷路
Common fault one: solenoid valve coil short circuit or open circuit
檢測(cè)方法：先用萬(wàn)用表測(cè)量其通斷，阻值趨近于零或無(wú)窮大，那說(shuō)明線圈短路或斷路。如果測(cè)量其阻值正常(大概是幾十歐)，還不能說(shuō)明線圈一定是好的(我有一次測(cè)得一個(gè)電磁閥線圈阻值大概50歐姆，但電磁閥無(wú)法動(dòng)作，更換該線圈后一切正常)，請(qǐng)進(jìn)行如下測(cè)試：找一個(gè)小螺絲刀放在穿于電磁閥線圈中的金屬桿的附近，然后給電磁閥通電，如果感覺(jué)到有磁性，那么電磁閥線圈是好的，否則是壞的。該故障解決方法：更換電磁閥線圈。

Solution: replace the solenoid valve.
常見(jiàn)故障二：電磁閥插頭/插座有問(wèn)題如果電磁閥是有插頭/插座的那種，有可能出現(xiàn)插座的金屬簧片問(wèn)題、插頭上接線的問(wèn)題(比如將電源線接到接地線上去了)等原因無(wú)法將電源送到線圈中。養(yǎng)成一個(gè)習(xí)慣：插頭插在插座上之后把固定螺絲擰上，線圈上在閥芯桿之后把固定螺母擰上。如果電磁閥線圈的插頭配備有發(fā)光二極管電源指示燈，那么采用DC電源驅(qū)動(dòng)電磁閥時(shí)即行就要接對(duì)，否則指示燈不會(huì)亮。另外，不要將不同電壓等級(jí)的帶發(fā)光二級(jí)管電源指示的電源插頭調(diào)換使用，這樣會(huì)導(dǎo)致發(fā)光二極管被燒毀/電源(換用低電壓等級(jí)的插頭)出現(xiàn)短路或發(fā)光二極管發(fā)光很微弱(換用高電壓等級(jí)的插頭)。該故障解決方法：修正接線錯(cuò)誤、修復(fù)或更換插頭、插座。

If the solenoid valve has a plug / socket, there may be problems with the metal spring of the socket, wiring problems on the plug (such as connecting the power line to the ground wire) and other reasons, which can not send the power to the coil. Form a habit: after the plug is inserted into the socket, screw on the fixing screw, and screw the fixing nut on the coil after the valve core rod. If the plug of solenoid valve coil is equipped with LED power indicator, then when DC power is used to drive solenoid valve, it should be connected properly, otherwise the indicator light will not be on. In addition, do not replace the power plug with LED power indicator of different voltage levels, which will lead to LED burnout / short circuit of power supply (replace with plug of low voltage level) or weak light emission of LED (replace with plug of high voltage level). The solution: correct the wiring error, repair or replace the plug and socket.
常見(jiàn)故障三：電磁閥閥芯問(wèn)題在電磁閥所通介質(zhì)壓力正常的情況下，按下電磁閥紅色的手動(dòng)按鈕，電磁閥都沒(méi)有任何反應(yīng)(壓力介質(zhì)沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)通斷的變化)，說(shuō)明閥芯一定是壞的。該故障解決方法：檢查介質(zhì)是否存在問(wèn)題，如壓縮空氣內(nèi)是否有很多積水(有時(shí)候油水分離器起的作用不是很大，特別是當(dāng)管路設(shè)計(jì)不良時(shí)通到電磁閥的壓縮空氣會(huì)有很多積水)、所通液體介質(zhì)是否有很多雜質(zhì)。然后清除電磁閥及管路中的積水或雜質(zhì)。如果再不行，請(qǐng)維修(如果你有時(shí)間有耐心而且有必要的話或可更換閥芯，或者干脆把整個(gè)電磁閥全部換掉。
Common fault 3: solenoid valve core problem under the condition of normal medium pressure of the solenoid valve, press the red manual button of the solenoid valve, the solenoid valve has no reaction (the pressure medium has no change of on-off), indicating that the valve core must be broken. Solution: check whether there is a problem with the medium, such as whether there is a lot of water in the compressed air (sometimes the role of the oil-water separator is not great, especially when the pipeline design is poor, there will be a lot of water in the compressed air passing to the solenoid valve), and whether there are many impurities in the liquid medium. Then remove the water or impurities in the solenoid valve and pipeline. If it doesn't work again, please repair (if you have time, patience and necessary, you can replace the valve core or replace the whole solenoid valve.
