可先放干變速箱機(jī)油，卸下優(yōu)盤，檢車殘油品種的雜質(zhì)部分，在正常情況下，含有深褐色或褐色粉末為離合器片磨損，亮白色金屬粉末為油泵、單向離合器、齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)磨損，從而進(jìn)一步判斷車子的故障。

首先準(zhǔn)備好工具及盛放各類零件的小盒子，在干凈平整的操作臺(tái)上進(jìn)行解體，從前部油泵開始，從前至后，由外向里逐步進(jìn)行，并做好記錄。

在拆卸的時(shí)候，一定要記住不能用撬棍和鐵器直接敲打，因自動(dòng)變速箱殼體大多數(shù)用鋁合金鑄成，在拆卸液控閥體是防止上下閥體分離時(shí)滾珠、卡環(huán)等掉地，要準(zhǔn)確記住正確位置，拆卸單向離合器要注意正確配裝方向，裝合時(shí)不能顛倒，零件拆卸后應(yīng)用汽油洗凈，確保各元件的清潔。

如更換新離合器片、制動(dòng)片應(yīng)在變速箱油中浸泡，待吸足油后才能裝合，另外一定要注意，裝合時(shí)嚴(yán)格按照規(guī)定力矩?cái)Q緊螺釘。

If new clutch plates and brake pads are replaced, they shall be soaked in the transmission oil and assembled only after sufficient oil is absorbed. In addition, it must be noted that the screws shall be tightened in strict accordance with the specified torque during assembly.
