1、 Engine stalls when in gear

故障現(xiàn)象：在啟動(dòng)汽車后，將換檔桿由P或N位換入其他位置(P或R時(shí))，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火，或者在行駛過(guò)程中踩制動(dòng)停車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火（不帶自動(dòng)啟停功能）。

Fault phenomenon: After starting the car, shift the gear lever from P or N position to another position (P or R), and the engine stalls, or apply the brake to stop the engine while driving (without automatic start stop function).

對(duì)于變速箱來(lái)說(shuō)可能鎖止電磁閥損壞或鎖止控制閥發(fā)卡造成的。

二、掛擋困難

故障現(xiàn)象：當(dāng)你踩下離合器踏板時(shí)，并試圖移動(dòng)換擋桿時(shí)，變速箱無(wú)法掛上擋位。這種情況可能發(fā)生在從停止進(jìn)入擋位時(shí)，也有可能在往上換擋或者往下?lián)Q擋的時(shí)候發(fā)生。

三、入擋汽車不動(dòng)

3、 The car does not move in gear

故障現(xiàn)象：在汽車啟動(dòng)后將擋位掛D或者R擋后，松開(kāi)剎車，車輛沒(méi)有任何反應(yīng)，不向前行使。手動(dòng)掛1擋，松開(kāi)離合后，汽車不行駛。

Fault phenomenon: After the car is started, shifting to D or R gear and releasing the brake, the vehicle does not react and does not move forward. Manually shift to first gear, release the clutch, and the car will not move.

原因：可能是變速箱輸入軸或者倒擋離合器出現(xiàn)損壞，或者D/R制動(dòng)器損壞造成。也可能是變速箱漏油，嚴(yán)重缺少變速箱油導(dǎo)致，或者是汽車換擋桿和手動(dòng)閥搖臂之間的連桿或拉索松脫，導(dǎo)致手動(dòng)閥保持在空擋或停車擋位置。

解決方法：必須要冷靜，多嘗試幾次后，汽車仍然不動(dòng)，再撥打救援電話。

四、換檔沖擊

故障現(xiàn)象：換檔時(shí)感覺(jué)不順，比如車頓了一下，檔桿震手。

原因：變速箱油過(guò)臟，導(dǎo)致閥體卡滯而引起。

Reason: The transmission oil is too dirty, causing the valve body to become stuck.

解決辦法：更換變速箱油即可。

五、跳檔

5、 Skip gear

故障現(xiàn)象：在正常行駛的情況下，變速箱一般處于正常的行駛檔位。但是，如果變速箱齒輪自動(dòng)滑檔，汽車便會(huì)發(fā)生跳檔的情況，這種情況就要特別注意了。

Fault phenomenon: Under normal driving conditions, the transmission is generally in the normal driving gear. However, if the gearbox gears automatically shift, the car may experience a gear jump, which requires special attention.

原因：因?yàn)樽兯傧涞凝X輪或者其他部件磨損，當(dāng)然也有可能是其他原因，例如變速桿傳動(dòng)部件松動(dòng)，但這些情況并不常見(jiàn)。

六、自動(dòng)變速器不能升擋

故障現(xiàn)象：行駛途中自動(dòng)變速器只能升1擋，不能升2擋及高速擋；或可以升2擋，但不能升3擋或超速擋。

Fault phenomenon: During driving, the automatic transmission can only shift up to first gear, but cannot shift up to second gear or high speed; Alternatively, it is possible to shift up to second gear, but not to third gear or overdrive.

解決辦法：

應(yīng)檢查調(diào)整節(jié)氣門拉線和節(jié)氣門位置傳感器；

Check and adjust the throttle cable and throttle position sensor;

檢查車速傳感器；檢查擋位開(kāi)關(guān)信號(hào)。

Check the speed sensor; Check the gear switch signal.

測(cè)量調(diào)速器油壓，如果車速升高后調(diào)速器油壓為0或很低，說(shuō)明調(diào)速器有故障或漏油。4.如果控制系統(tǒng)無(wú)故障，應(yīng)拆檢自動(dòng)變速器，檢查換擋執(zhí)行組件是否打滑，用壓縮空氣檢查各離合器、制動(dòng)器油缸或活塞有無(wú)泄漏。

Measure the governor oil pressure. If the governor oil pressure is 0 or very low after the vehicle speed increases, it indicates that the governor is faulty or has oil leakage. 4. 七、自動(dòng)變速箱異響噪音大

故障現(xiàn)象：車子在怠速時(shí)或行駛以及高負(fù)荷行駛過(guò)程中，聽(tīng)到變速器有異響，甚至很大的噪音，在擋位切換時(shí)有無(wú)節(jié)奏沉悶的響聲。

Fault phenomenon: When the car is idling or driving under high load, abnormal noise or even loud noise can be heard from the transmission, and there is no rhythmic and dull sound when shifting gears.

原因：長(zhǎng)期高溫狀態(tài)下，變速箱油抗磨性能與潤(rùn)滑性能下降，變速箱內(nèi)軸承、齒輪、部件出現(xiàn)磨損或嚴(yán)重磨損，或齒輪側(cè)面有損壞。

八、箱體內(nèi)產(chǎn)生異味

原因：

Reason:

變速箱體是靠液壓油來(lái)工作的，當(dāng)油溫過(guò)高時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些燃燒，這些異味會(huì)傳出來(lái)，這就說(shuō)明變速箱體內(nèi)的某些執(zhí)行部件工作不正常。

The gearbox is operated by hydraulic oil. When the oil temperature is too high, some combustion will occur, and these odors will be transmitted. This indicates that some actuating components in the gearbox are not working properly.

變速箱傳動(dòng)液過(guò)低或不足，它也可能表明變速箱液有洩漏或臟污，需要換掉。

If the transmission fluid is too low or insufficient, it may also indicate a leak or dirt in the transmission fluid that needs to be replaced.

解決辦法：車主在選擇變速箱油時(shí)，盡量選擇原廠油品，使用原廠油品可以保持變速箱良好的機(jī)械性，延長(zhǎng)其使用壽命(汽車保養(yǎng)手冊(cè)上會(huì)有提示使用何種型號(hào)的變速箱油)。

九、漏油

原因：

Reason:

起步費(fèi)力，尤其是低檔位時(shí)，在行駛過(guò)程中踩油門轉(zhuǎn)速提升，但車子卻不怎么動(dòng)，就跟沒(méi)掛上檔一樣。

It takes a lot of effort to start, especially when in low gear, when the accelerator speed increases while driving, but the car doesn't move much, just like not engaging gear.

可能是由于變速箱內(nèi)部密封件老化，密封不良引起的漏油。

It may be due to the aging of the internal sealing components of the gearbox, resulting in oil leakage due to poor sealing.

變速箱油和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)油類似，主要起潤(rùn)滑、清潔、降溫、防銹、密封。變速箱在運(yùn)作時(shí)，會(huì)有高溫和高壓，如果變速箱油漏了，變速箱油缺少了就會(huì)造成變速箱內(nèi)部潤(rùn)滑不夠，造成干磨，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間干磨就會(huì)報(bào)廢，需要根據(jù)其磨損的情況更換換擋齒輪。

Transmission oil is similar to engine oil, mainly used for lubrication, cleaning, cooling, rust prevention, and sealing. When the gearbox is in operation, there will be high temperatures and pressures. If the gearbox oil leaks or is lacking, it will cause insufficient lubrication inside the gearbox, resulting in dry wear.
