將變速箱全部解體，包括內(nèi)部油泵、離合器、活塞、行星架、閥體（滑閥箱）、差速器、變扭器等，所有的解體都嚴(yán)格按照技術(shù)規(guī)范和依靠大量的專用設(shè)備和工具進(jìn)行，否則會(huì)引起零件損壞。解體完畢后按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)所有的零件進(jìn)行初步檢測(cè)并根據(jù)變速箱的實(shí)際故障查出故障點(diǎn)。將直觀檢測(cè)失效的零件和一次性使用零件和剩余零件分別放置，進(jìn)入下一道工序。

2、零件清洗及檢測(cè)

清洗過程也要經(jīng)過幾道工序才能完成，煤油初洗，超聲波清洗，熱水清洗，壓縮空氣清潔。清潔要求所有零件一塵不染，表面不得有任何油污，油道通暢。零件清洗完畢后，送入裝配工位，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)所有的零件進(jìn)行再次檢測(cè)，確定所有需要維修材料，準(zhǔn)備組裝。
The cleaning process can only be completed after several processes, such as kerosene initial cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, hot water cleaning and compressed air cleaning. 此過程和上一步驟同時(shí)進(jìn)行，閥體（滑閥箱）是自動(dòng)變速箱的核心元件，需要很專注的人員才可以操作此步驟。作為專注維修需要將閥體全部解體，解體后清洗，然后檢查所有滑閥及閥體的磨損根據(jù)實(shí)際情況維修。組裝完畢后還要與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)比嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行壓力測(cè)試，只有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)范圍內(nèi)的閥體才可以進(jìn)入到組裝工位。
